The Republic of Good Taste

Where India eats, argues & celebrates.

Regional classics, slow-cooked and served loud — in a canteen built for long lunches and longer conversations.

Our Story

A canteen, not a temple.

We took the food of India's homes, highways and railway platforms — and gave it a room worthy of it. No hush, no ceremony. Just brass plates, second helpings, and recipes that argue across state lines.

The Experience

Come hungry. Stay late.
